Rosedale Presbyterian Church is happy to share in your celebration of new life through the Sacrament of Baptism which is performed during our regular Sunday morning service of worship.

The Sacrament of Baptism is a celebration of life and a time to remember the love and forgiveness of God. It is a sign of the Christian hope we share - the divine promise, that to God each one of our children is precious and valuable. It is a sign of the divine desire that each of God's children may grow towards spiritual health and maturity in order that they may enjoy the fullness of Christian life which God holds in store for each one of us. The Sacrament of Baptism is an opportunity for parents to affirm the desire for their family to share in the community life, support and compassion of the church.

We invite those who bring their children for this Sacrament of Baptism to re-affirm their own faith in God, so they may share with their children the joy and love of Christ, as well as the warmth and fellowship.
