CHILDREN’S MINISTRY

SUNDAY SCHOOL

Children ages 4 through Grade 8 are warmly invited to join us for an engaging time of exploration, games, stories, and crafts as we discover together what it means to be part of a living faith community. Our Sunday School offers age-appropriate activities led by skilled teachers, using a curriculum grounded in our Reformed tradition. Classes take place in the Great Hall after the Children’s Time in the sanctuary each Sunday morning.

YOUTH

Rosedale youth are active participants in the life and mission of our church and community. They engage in various activities, including food drives, the mission at Evangel Hall, the annual Rosedale gala dinner, worship services, and supporting Sunday School programs. Through meaningful conversations, our youth share ideas for additional activities and opportunities to explore their faith in both discussion and action.

MESSY CHURCH

Come and experience the joy of being the church in a fun and relaxed setting! Messy Church is an all-ages worship experience that provides an opportunity to gather in Christian community outside of Sunday mornings. Our gatherings include a meal, crafts, singing, games, and a story, creating a lively and inclusive environment for all. Everyone is welcome! Learn more at www.messychurch.org.uk.

VOLUNTEER

Our Christian education programs at Rosedale thrive thanks to the dedication of our incredible volunteers. If you’re interested in supporting one or more of our programs, we would love to hear from you! Please contact our Director of Christian Education to discuss your unique gifts and explore how you can contribute. We also welcome high school students seeking volunteer hours.

Rosedale is proud to be a Leading with Care community, committed to creating safe and nurturing environments for everyone, including children, youth, vulnerable adults, and those who minister to and with them. To learn more about our commitment to safety, you can find a copy of The Presbyterian Church in Canada’s policy for ensuring a climate of safety for children, youth, and vulnerable adults outside the office.
